1) Uninstall the PC studio and all samsung related drivers and restart your PC.
(Only restart your PC after uninstalling all samsung related stuffs)
2) Download the New Samsung Studio from the link given below:
http://in.samsungmobile.com/supports/so
3) After downloading, Right click on the PC studio file > properties > compatability > in compatability mode> tick mark "run..." > from drop down menu select " windows service pack 3" > click apply> click ok >
4) Now install the PC studio and restart your PC.
5)After restarting, connect your phone to PC Via PC studio mode and Mass storage mode.. Make sure that your PC internet connection is ON before connecting the phone.. once u connect your phone to PC via both modes, which will automatically install all necessary drivers to your PC..
For Windows XP Users:
If you are facing any PC studio related problem, Just unistall thr PC studio and all samsung related drivers > Restart Your PC > Download the new PC Studio and install it > Restart ur PC > Use it..!!
NOTE: THE ABOVE METHODS CAN BE USED WHEN YOUR PC SHOWS ANY ERROR MESSAGE WHILE UPGRADING YOUR PHONE'S FIRMWARE OR THE DOWNLOAD BUTTON IN MULTILOADER DOESN'T GET ACTIVE WHEN YOU CLICK ON THE PORT SEARCH BUTTON..!!
